Dreamers Society is a cooperative formed by a close-knit group of friends from Mymensingh. We believe that through collective savings and smart investments, we can secure permanent housing and financial stability for every member and their families.

A transparent structure with clear roles, democratic elections, and accountability at every level.
Ceremonial head of the organization. Presides over all meetings and serves as a bank signatory. Elected democratically.
Handles secretarial duties, meeting notices, documentation, and serves as General Secretary and bank signatory.
Provides guidance, resolves disputes impartially, and acts as consultants to the Board of Directors. Led by a Chief Advisor.
Makes preliminary investment decisions, evaluates alternatives, prepares budgets, and seeks legal counsel when needed.
Manages the bank account, records all transactions, provides monthly updates, and presents annual financial statements.
Conducts fair elections for all positions. Comprised of non-candidate members to ensure impartiality.
Our constitution comprises 24 clauses that govern every aspect of the organization.
Every member has an equal vote. All major decisions require a 2/3 majority.
Payments due by the 10th of each month to Janata Bank, Dhala Branch.
Maximum 20 members. New members require executive approval and BDT 500 registration fee.
Triple-signatory bank withdrawals. Monthly updates and annual audits for all members.
Voluntary resignation: 90% capital refund within 6 months. Full refund on humanitarian grounds.
AGM yearly, executive quarterly, emergency as needed. 67% quorum required for all meetings.
In case of illness or death, nominees or heirs receive full capital refund.
Upon project completion, ownership transfers to individual members proportionally.
